I transitioned from Digital Marketing and Content Writing into IT, where I now work as a Technical Support Specialist and focus on practical, hands-on problem solving.

To strengthen my technical foundation, I’ve completed multiple Udemy courses in IT support, server administration, and networking, and earned the Google IT Support Fundamentals certification. I’m continuing my learning path with additional certifications and labs.

I’ve built a virtual homelab with Windows Server and client machines to practice real-world scenarios—setting up Active Directory, managing users and groups, configuring core services, and improving my troubleshooting workflow. I enjoy clean documentation, repeatable setups, and learning through building.

When I’m not working or studying, I like experimenting in my lab, writing notes on what I learn, and helping others by simplifying technical concepts into clear steps.
